Yes, there is! The Trainee Day takes place on Day 3 of the Trade Show. Vocational school classes can participate free of charge. You can find more information about this and how to register here: www.ccw.eu/en/tickets/trainee-day.html
There is no student discount as such. If you are a student and are interested in attending the Trade Show free of charge, you can contact Rainer Wohlgemuth (rainer.wohlgemuth@managementcircle.de).

The CCW is held at the ECC, Sonnenallee 225, 12057 Berlin.
There are many ways to get to the CCW!
The ECC is very easy to reach both by car and by public transport: the on-off ramp to the nearest Autobahn is only 1.5 km away.
From Berlin-Brandenburg Airport (BER) you can reach the ECC in about 20 minutes – it is only 13 km away.
There is a taxi rank directly outside the ECC.
If you are travelling by train, the fastest connection to the ECC is from Berlin Südkreuz. From there it is a 10-minute ride on the S42 to Sonnenallee station (approx. 5 minutes' walk to ECC).
Alternatively, you can also reach the ECC from Berlin Hauptbahnhof (main railway station) or Ostbahnhof (east railway station) by public transport using various lines.

Your Management Circle event ticket means you can travel by train to the CCW in Berlin at attractive reduced rates. Note: limited number of tickets available – book early while stocks last!
Yes, the ECC has an underground car park with 450 parking spaces. The maximum daily parking rate is € 22,-.
Important: This is a special price only valid for exhibitors when paying at the ECC reception. If you pay for your ticket at the ticket machine directly at the car park, a daily fee of € 12,- will be charged.
For Conference participants:
If you have registered for the CCW Conference, Innovation Day and/or Inspiration Day by Middle of February 2024, you will receive your badge by post. If you registered later, you can pick up your badge and conference folder at the registration counter.
For Trade Show visitors:
If you have registered for the Trade Show in advance with a voucher code, you will have received a QR code. You can redeem the voucher conveniently online at www.ccw.eu//en/tickets/trade-show-tickets.html until 26 February 2024. You can either print it out or bring it with you digitally (by e-mail or even more conveniently in your e-wallet). At check-in there are self-service counters where you can scan the QR code and get your badge printed out straight away. If you do not have a QR code, please go to our registration counter where you will receive your participant badge.

Yes, in the CCW app, you will find all the information you need on-site, such as the current conference and trade show programme, the hall plan, exhibitor overviews, and much more. Everyone who registers for CCW will receive access to the CCW app. You can start using the CCW app one week before the event to create your personal schedule, network with other CCW attendees, and arrange meetings with exhibitors. In February, just in time for CCW, the app will be available in the App Store and on Google Play.
Yes, certainly, we have taken care of your culinary needs as well. For all registered Conference participants, there is not only a wide selection of various dishes during the business lunch but also snacks during the coffee breaks.
Our CCW partners are already registered for both the business lunch and coffee breaks.
For Trade Show visitors, as usual, coffee machines and a selection of beverages are available free of charge. All trade show visitors are warmly invited to purchase a ticket for the business lunch from the trade show management. Alternatively, in Hall 2 throughout the entire duration of the trade show, there are Food Bars where you can buy snacks or a hot lunch.
That’s a shame – you’ll be missing a great event!
If you’re registered for the CCW Conference, you can cancel in writing free of charge up to four weeks prior to the event. In case of cancellation at a later date, or in case of a no-show, you will be charged the full participation fee. Of course, your ticket is transferable too. Just get in touch!
