Press release: CCW 2021 will not take place

Cancellation of the International Conference Trade Fair for innovative customer dialogue planned from 28 June to 1 July 2021

The CCW planned from 28 June to 1 July 2021 will not take place this year. The current Covid-19 infection situation and the expected political decisions do not allow any reliable statement as to whether the CCW can take place at the end of June, even with an exemplary hygiene and safety concept.

“Due to the lack of prospects for opening and the associated lack of planning security for partners and visitors, we have decided to cancel the CCW 2021”, says Michael Vlajic, member of the Executive Board of the organiser, Management Circle. “We very much regret this cancellation.”

The cancellation also applies to CCW digital

The digital CCW will not take place either. A purely digital CCW was not planned from the beginning. The digital platform was conceived in hybrid format as a complement and extension to the physical CCW.

Next CCW from 21 to 24 March 2022

The next CCW will take place from 21 to 24 March 2022 in the ECC Berlin (Germany) in hybrid format.

“Even though we are all disappointed at the moment, we are very happy to look ahead and work towards an impressive and successful CCW 2022. We would like to thank all exhibitors, partners and interested parties who had hoped that the CCW 2021 would take place, and draw a lot of strength and motivation for the CCW 2022 from this trust and encouragement”, says Michael Vlajic.
