Our webinars are free of charge for you as a CCW participant. Anyone who registers for a webinar on our website can take part. All you need to do is register with your personal email address. After registration, you will receive a confirmation email with your access data and further information on how to participate in the webinar. 

You have many options to participate in our webinars! As a participant, all you need is a stable internet connection and an up-to-date browser. 

You will get the audio via your speakers, headphones or alternatively via telephone. 

Various operating systems support our Zoom webinar tool, including Windows Vista to Windows 10 or Mac OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion) to 10.11 (El Capitan). You can access the link to the webinar room via different web browsers, such as Internet Explorer (version 8 or higher), Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Apple Safari. 

Webinar participation requires the Zoom Launcher, which installs automatically when you want to participate in a webinar. If the automatic download does not start or if it cannot be run on your computer due to internal company regulations, please contact your system administrator. 

For mobile devices, we recommend access via the Zoom app. 

No, you don’t need a microphone or webcam – as a participant, you are automatically muted during the webinar. 

You simply pose any questions to the speaker via the Zoom chat function. 

Yes, it’s possible with iPhone and iPad as well as with Android devices. All you need is the Zoom Mobile app.

To carry out a test, take part in this session. You will be admitted automatically. When you click on "Open meeting", you become a participant in the test session, which means the test was successful. So you’re all set to participate successfully in our webinar! 

If the test access was not successful, check whether your system meets the technical requirements. You or your system administrator can find further information on the support pages of our Zoom webinar tool. 

You can request a link to the recording of the webinar you attended afterwards from the speaker.
