Markus Rebitzky, graduate in business administration (BA), completed a dual study program with Horten AG, Düsseldorf, at the University of Cooperative Education in Mannheim.

From 1994 to 1998, he was Division Manager at Walter Services in Ettlingen. From 1998 to 2015, he built up Maincom Telemarketing Services GmbH, a subsidiary of Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung GmbH in Frankfurt, and served as managing director. He then served as Head of Internal Sales within the Rational Group of Companies, Landsberg, from 2016 to 2018.

Since October 2018, he has been Head of the CustomerDialogCenter, and since 2021 he has also been responsible for setting up the "direct branch" at Volksbank eG, Hildesheim.
