Meike Tarabori has been Head of Publishing at ProfileMedia since June 2018 and Editor-in-Chief of cmm360.ch, the Swiss industry trade magazine, since January 2019. The marketing and communications expert with university degrees in business, marketing and German literature has gained experience at KUKA Robotics and most recently at the Cybathlon ETH Zurich, among others. She gives cmm360.ch a new face and establishes new formats such as the podcasts around customer focus and innovative customer service.

As Award Chair of the European Customer Champion, she collects the applications, will chair the jury sessions and moderate the pitch at CCW in Berlin. In addition, all nominees and the winning projects will be presented in detail in the cmm360.ch magazine.
