Peter Hubach has been a Technical Solutions Architect at Cisco for the German-speaking region for over 20 years, focusing on contact centers. After studying technical computer science at the university of applied sciences, he worked in various pre-sales positions at Philips and Avaya.

He advises customers and prospects on a wide range of solutions in the field of on premises and cloud contact centers, including ACD, reporting and customer relation management (CRM).
