Sören Pareigis has been working in various job profiles in the area of customer insights, support & digital engagement platforms on the vendor side for over 15 years. During his work stations in Silicon Valley, Vienna, Berlin and since 9 years remotely, he showed himself responsible for solution concepts in the areas of social media monitoring, UCaaS, digital customer service (AI-supported), as well as IT helpdesk, among others. As Partner Manager and expert in Remote Work & Remote Support, Sören Pareigis supports the business partners in the GoTo partner network in go-to-market activities, in conception, planning and implementation of customer projects in Central and Eastern Europe with regard to GoTo's jointly distributed solutions.
