Ulrich Wasserbäch has held management positions in sales and marketing for almost 29 years. After holding positions in marketing and sales, he joined the call center industry in 2006. For more than 7 years, Wasserbäch successfully managed the inside sales of the most successful Internet company in Germany "Immobilienscout" in Berlin. In Hamburg, he currently leads the sales fortunes on the phone of "Wer liefert was" as Director Inside Sales. "I have been particularly proud of my team and myself since the beginning of this year 2019: We won the CAt award of the call center industry for the best call center manager in Germany. WOW!"

"I am an "outbound kid" and live b2b sales on the phone with passion and professionalism. There are far too few really good and innovative companies and managers who are 100% committed to the topic of outbound and sales via telephone. In my opinion, the outbound area is (still) too neglected in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. I am also of the opinion that this sales channel has a much too "bad reputation".
I would like to motivate companies to use this sales channel. Especially for start-up companies in the b2b sector (who do not want to and cannot afford an expensive sales force). I want to show how successful outbound telephony can be if you build up the right mix of people, technology/processes and ongoing innovations and develop them further in a goal-oriented way.
