The young talents of customer dialogue show their skills at CCW! New this year is that the competition will be made available to all trainees who are completing their apprenticeship or their dual studies in a service center or whose training is max. 2 years ago.
Participants who make it to the finals, expect tasks that tickle out a “dialogical” talent. While questions are asked in the theory test, the practical test calls for communicative skills over the telephone.
