Thanks to this wide experience he has been appointed Head of Customer Experience and Customer Service for Linde Gas Italia the italian branch of The Linde Group. He has a Degree in economics, and specialization in Business Marketing Strategy at Harvard Business School and Luigi Bocconi University.
