Working in different industries with people from different cultures has broaden his managerial skills. Holistic view on business processes, focus on developing leadership & execution skills is a key to his success.

Talking about hobbies, Vytis loves spending his free time actively. From the childhood he plays tennis, football, beach volleyball, skiing & driving motorbike. Traveling and trying new things is in his DNA.
