This accessibility statement applies to the website www.ccw.eu

In accordance with the Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSG), we must design our electronic services in such a way that they are perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for all people, including those with physical or cognitive impairments. Our website offers a variety of features that support accessibility:

a) Perceivability

- Texts are designed with high contrast.
- Content is optimised for different screen orientations and is responsive.
- Many images have alternative text. We are currently working on systematically adding alt text to all images.
- Content largely follows logical and structured HTML semantics (e.g. for headings and lists).

b) Usability

- The main navigation can be accessed via keyboard.
- We do not use any flashing or blinking content.
- The keyboard operation of drop-down menus and interactive filters is currently being further optimised.

c) Comprehensibility

- The language of the website is correctly stored in the code so that screen readers can automatically recognise it.
- Input errors in forms are indicated visually and textually. Screen reader compatibility is currently being further improved.

d) Robustness

- Our website is compatible with common assistive technologies (e.g. NVDA with Firefox, VoiceOver with Safari, TalkBack with Chrome).
- We are continuously developing our web offerings to adapt them to new standards and technological requirements.

Management Circle also offers services via its website that are provided in cooperation with external partners (e.g. speakers, conference hotels or service providers for webinars and digital platforms). We have only limited influence on the design and technical implementation of these third-party services.

Therefore, we cannot guarantee that all services provided by third parties are completely accessible. This applies in particular to:

- Event venues (e.g. accessibility for wheelchair users, accessible toilets, acoustic aids)
- Digital third-party platforms (e.g. tools for live webinars, online seminars, whiteboards)
- External content such as PDFs or presentations that were not created by Management Circle

For information on accessibility on site or within digital platforms, please refer to the respective event pages or contact our service team on request.

Some of the content and functions on our website are provided by third parties (e.g. maps, registration forms, videos or social media components). Insofar as these services are part of our offering and we are obliged to ensure barrier-free access, we strive to ensure the greatest possible accessibility. In all other respects, the information on the accessibility of third-party services also applies here.
