Arne Gels is the managing director of Fusion Campus and has been responsible for creation and conception since its founding. The innovation agency uses open-ended methods from the gaming industry to support companies in areas such as human resources management, change and innovation management, quality assurance, and process optimization. With his many years of experience in restructuring, he provides solution-oriented support to clients and has been successfully working for over 15 years to drive change processes and achieve measurable results. A law graduate and trained advertising executive, he took over a marketing games company in 2010, which he successfully established in the field of serious games and gamification. After selling it to TÜV Rheinland in 2015, he was responsible for digitalization, transformation, and the development of the digital unit at TÜV Rheinland Academy until 2019. From 2019 to the end of 2024, he was also a member of the executive board of RETENCON AG, which supports companies in recruiting and retaining skilled workers.
