Chris Karagiannis has more than a decade of experience in the high-tech world that includes Big Data Analytics, Transactional Consulting and Customer Experience Analytics. He built the Customer Experience Analytics team at a German consultancy and led the AQR billing cycle at top consultancies audited by European and German banking regulators. Today, Chris is responsible for marketing NICE's EMEA automation portfolio, with a specific focus on NEVA (NICE Employee Virtual Attendant) and desktop task mining with NICE's AI-based NEVA Discover solution.
