As Sales Director at Nice, Christian Steinl focuses on digital transformation to improve the customer experience. Together with his team and partner network, he develops industry-optimized CX visions for national and international customers. Christian Steinl has over 20 years of experience from leading companies in the ICT industry, as well as in strategic sales and marketing management. His focus in recent years has been on international managed service and cloud projects. Among other things, he has accompanied service desk outsourcing projects in other European countries with a focus on harmonizing customer experience and agent experience.
