18 years old – of legal age, but far from fully developed. The next experience Design by HCD is taking the next step at CCW 2026: multiexperience as a holistic experience – for customers, employees, and true leaders who strategically design service.

Since its inception, the project has been shaping and influencing change in customer dialogue – from the early call center hype to the hybrid, AI-supported working world. Today, people orchestrate AI agents, lead teams across locations, and give service culture, voice, and face.

New in 2026: More leadership inspiration, more in-person service, more well-being for employees – from morning yoga to nutrition to inspiring talks. An open lounge invites you to linger, network, and co-create.

The project is a collaboration between Management Circle and HCD. It is supported by the commitment of many partners: SERVICEWARE SE, ServiceOcean AG, Peopleware, EPOS Germany GmbH, aircall GmbH, and the communication architects at aixvox GmbH.
