Harald Huber has been responsible for product management in knowledge management at USU GmbH since 2008. He joined USU in 1991 and, as product manager, has played a key role in shaping USU's knowledge management products. He is also a long-standing author and speaker on knowledge management topics and trends in customer service, whether self-service or chatbots.
