After more than ten years in charge of risk controlling for internationally oriented investment funds and designing and implementing support for investment customers, he took over comdirect's Customer Care Center in 2000, developed scorecards for the credit area and expanded the business with heavy traders. Since 2008, he has been responsible for customer management at comdirect with over 2.2 million online customers. He stands for a customer service that has won many awards and is regarded as a benchmark. His current core topics are the transformation to omnichannel, the automation of customer contacts and their sales orientation.
