Jens Jankowski has been active in the call center industry for over 20 years. His personal focus on quality management led him into self-employment. As a consultant to well-known companies and in numerous long-term projects, he has supported his customers in a wide range of industries: eCommerce, automotive, agriculture and medical technology. Since 2016, he has been working full-time at Siemens Healthineers AG in Quality Management and is currently Head of Department and Safety Officer for Computed Tomography.
