Carsten Wirths is a senior executive with more than 20 years of experience in building and managing teams, organizational units, and companies. For the past four years, he has been responsible for customer servicing at the Lufthansa Group, guiding it through a transformation process. At the same time, he was managing director of Lufthansa's own servicing company. Current developments in AI and the simultaneous importance of people for excellent customer satisfaction in servicing make this area a matter close to his heart. Carsten Wirths is currently responsible for the consolidation process in the service center landscape within the Lufthansa Group.
