Hendrik Buske has been working as Director Sales at SABIO GmbH since 2016. For the service expert, it is a great pleasure to significantly improve the customer service of well-known companies with the company's proprietary software. His professional life started at 1&1 in Montabaur in Operations and Customer Information Systems, the company's internal software development department that developed and operated the central CRM application for all 1&1's customer service employees. After learning a lot about software in customer service and customer service itself, he moved to the medium-sized consulting firm O'Donovan AG, where he was able to carry out numerous strategic as well as operational projects in the areas of CRM, customer experience and customer service. These projects were always under the triad of process optimization, strategic alignment, and organizational change.
After O'Donovan AG, Hendrik Buske moved to MediaMarktSaturn, where he was initially responsible for the international customer service of the online pure player redcoon, before moving to Ingolstadt, from where he took over responsibility for customer service as well as call center management for MediaMarkt, Saturn, JUKE and redcoon.
