At Genesys, Lewe Zipfel is responsible for technical sales in the Central European region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). He began his career at Genesys in 2011 in technical sales in Germany, where he looked after customers from the telecommunications, insurance and statutory health insurance sectors. Previously, he was responsible for the operational management of the contact center at the Freenet Group, where he discovered his passion for customer service. To this day, he draws his motivation from working with customers who are revolutionizing their customer experience with Genesys.
