Marco Kaiser is a proven customer experience expert and has been working in this field for many years. Among other things, he has developed the ‘Customer Voice’ initiative at Sunrise, introduced the CX strategy at MediaMarkt Switzerland, and has now done the same at DPD Switzerland. In 2019, he won the Golden Headset Award in Switzerland and was also named Call Centre Manager of the Year for Switzerland at an awards ceremony in Berlin in 2020. Marco Kaiser currently works at DPD Switzerland as Director of Marketing & Customer Experience, where he is also responsible for customer service.
