Oliver Nissen

Head of Social Media & Services | Deutsche Telekom Service GmbH

He is one of the founding fathers of the digital customer service "Telekom helps" on the social web. Nissen heads the Social Media & Services unit at Deutsche Telekom Service GmbH and is responsible in particular for the unit's strategy. He also supports various in-house transformation projects and has worked for several years as a lecturer in digital communications at the Academy for Internal Communications, among others, and as a communications trainer. The business economist began his career at Deutsche Bank as a location manager with a focus on building up a nationwide telephone switchboard at two locations.
