Pasquale Renna has been responsible for Direct, Digital & Customer Care at Zurich in Switzerland for seven years. Since 1999, he has been committed to positive and proactive customer experiences in various insurance and telecommunications companies, including Diax, CSS, Sunrise, UPC and Melita in Malta. As Head of Sales and Customer Service at Switzerland's largest insurer, he has led customer focus into a new era with the "Customer First!" initiative, for which he was awarded European Customer Champion Award (EUROCC) in 2022.
