“Value creation through appreciation - these are topics that will increasingly occupy us in customer service. How can we express this appreciation to employees and how can we inspire and motivate employees for new technologies and changing tasks? Customer service is becoming increasingly important as customers actively seek dialog as long as it offers added value. “Simple” topics need to be automated so that employees can simply focus more on the customer. Going to CCW in Berlin with a plan is always recommended and advisable, because I can get inspiration here to think outside the box.”
