Dr. Tamara Maria Christ is Managing Director of ASFINAG Service GmbH and is responsible for key areas such as HR, operational maintenance, controlling, employee protection, project and process management, and crisis management. In her role, she actively shapes the transformation of a highly operational organization—between technical infrastructure, social mission, and increasing demands for efficiency, resilience, and leadership. Her focus is on bringing people and systems into harmony and rethinking leadership: value-oriented, participatory, and at the same time consistent.
