Thomas Graf is passionate about communication, coaching and change processes. He is currently interim Head of Communications at Athletic SportSponsoring, the market leader for car subscriptions in Germany, and was previously responsible for corporate communications at the Eckes-Granini Group, Kaufland International and the Bitburger Brewery Group. He is also a journalist, systemic coach and change manager as well as a non-medical practitioner for psychotherapy.
“Transformation is currently the loudest buzzword in the economy and corporate landscape. But actually, such transformation and further development don't suit us humans at all. For many millions of years, we have been faced with a permanent inner conflict: change vs stagnation/security.
