Thomas Hohlfeld has been Managing Partner at Ribbon GmbH since 2007. Prior to that, he spent 7 years as a member of the management board at AOL Germany, where he was responsible for customer retention and service. He has 10 years of experience in building up and managing customer service departments at banks, including ING Diba in Frankfurt. At Dresdner Bank, Thomas Hohlfeld was responsible for group-wide specialist and sales training in the private customer business and for the establishment of Dresdner Direkt Services. He combines three disciplines in his consulting work. Extensive knowledge of the telecommunications, banking and services markets, 17 years of top management and leadership experience and several years of experience in change management.
