The digitization expert gained 24 years of valuable experience in various management positions at Deutsche Telekom AG. With a doctorate in computer science, his focus included the establishment and restructuring of customer service units as well as automation (RPA), digitization and digital transformation.
His passion for customer service led him to TUI AG as strategic project manager for customer service, to TÜV Nord Systems GmbH as head of IT, processes and administration, and finally to TÜV Rheinland Cert GmbH.
