Simon Preuß has been Social Acceleration Manager in L'Oréal's Chief Marketing Office since 2020. His mission is to be on the social media and influencer front for the group in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, identifying trends and new platforms and providing L'Oréal with insights and ideas that increase consumer engagement and trust and contribute to the company's success. Furthermore, Simon is engaged with social commerce and developments on the web3 and wants to bring Beauty into the metaverse. In his career, Simon has built up extensive expertise in social media and digital marketing since 2016: After his studies, he started as a consultant & account manager on the agency side, specialized in the topic area of social media and looked after clients in the consumer electronics, FMCG, automotive as well as insurance sectors. In 2019, he moved to Porsche AG as a Digital Marketing Specialist and worked on various social media and influencer marketing projects.
