Matthias Quirmbach has been Head of Customer Care at OBI E‑Commerce GmbH (part of the OBI Group) since 2017. He is responsible for central customer contacts in Germany, Austria, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Hungary, and is in charge of the strategic and operational design of innovative, AI-supported customer service solutions. As a key driver of technological transformation, he oversees the realignment and efficiency improvement of the customer service ecosystem across countries.
