As Head of Operations, Corinna Kaussen has been working since 2021, first in Controlling, then as an authorized signatory and now in the management of Digital Dialog GmbH, the customer service center of Rheinische Post Mediengruppe. She provided the impetus for the digitalization and automation of the company and has since led her team into the AI transformation with the aim of increasing productivity and optimizing costs. She enjoys the challenge of taking both customers and employees on the journey of change towards the AI age. She has visions and approaches projects with speed, solution orientation and determination.
