With Startup Visions, CCW 2026 once again set a clear signal for the future and innovation in customer dialogue. In this dedicated area, young companies presented their technological solutions – ranging from AI-based applications to new platform approaches for service and sales.
A special highlight on the third day of the exhibition was the presentation of the Startup Visions Award, which was granted for the seventh time. During the Spotlight Session, all participating startups showcased their solutions live on stage. The jury evaluated the level of innovation, market potential, practical relevance, tangible added value, and overall impression.
The Startup Visions Award 2026 went to Lukas Kramer of TrainHQ GmbH. The AI-powered sales enablement platform impressed with training role plays, real-time call scoring, and data-driven coaching analytics – delivering measurable improvements in sales performance across teams.
