Vincent vanden Bossche is a lawyer specialized in social law (Law School @ ULB and University of Virginia). In 2004 he founded Contactcentres.be and Call Communications.eu. Since 2006 he is president of ECCCO (European Confederation of Contact Centers Organizations). Vanden Bossche is also author of the Belgian Contact Center Benchmark (2009-2014) and the European Contact Center Benchmark (since 2012).
