Press release: CCW 2022 – The Trade Show is cancelled. The Conference will take place with an accompanying conference exhibition

Cancellation of the Trade Show planned from 22 to 24 March 2022

The CCW planned from 22 to 24 March 2022 will not take place this year. Unfortunately, the current pandemic situation does not allow us to make a reliable statement as to whether and, above all, how the international CCW Trade Show can take place.

“This is very regrettable for all of us. Due to the lack of planning security for you as a partner and for us as an organizer, we have decided to cancel the CCW 2022 Trade Show. There are also reasonable concerns on the part of our partners regarding the expected number of visitors, among other things, which we take very seriously”, says Michael Vlajic, member of the Executive Board of the organizer, Management Circle.

The cancellation also applies to the digital Trade Show

A purely digital CCW Trade Show was not planned. Our digital platform is designed in a hybrid format to complement and extend the physical CCW. In addition, many personal discussions with exhibitors, sponsors and partners have once again confirmed the skepticism about purely digital trade show concepts.

Conference CCW 2022 will take place from 22 to 23 March 2022 with an accompanying conference exhibition

The main CCW Conference will take place as planned on 22 and 23 March 2022 with exemplary hygiene and safety concept and under 2G-plus conditions. The conference presentations will be streamed live, so digital conference participation is also possible. Parallel to the two conference days, we offer a small and exclusive accompanying conference exhibition for conference attendees. However, the Innovation Day on 21 March and our Inspiration Day on 24 March will not take place.

Next regular CCW from 27 February to 2 March 2023

The next regular CCW – conference and trade show will take place from 28 February to 2 March 2023 at the ECC Berlin in hybrid format. “Even though we are all disappointed at the moment, we are very happy to look ahead and work towards an impressive and successful CCW 2022. We would like to thank all exhibitors, partners and interested parties who had hoped that the trade show 2022 would take place, and draw a lot of strength and motivation for the regular CCW 2023 from this trust and encouragement”, says Michael Vlajic.
