From his own frustrating experience on hold, the idea for virtualQ® was born at the end of 2014. Previously, Ulf worked as Creative Lead Designer at Mercedes-Benz AG and was Design Marketing Strategist for Deutsche Telekom. The industrial designer is always on the lookout for products that move people through simplicity, storytelling and emotion.
