Rémon Elsten is Managing Partner of the Swiss consulting firm Crystal Partners and specialist for CRM strategy, processes and technology as well as Multichannel Customer Service Center. He has more than 20 years of project experience in initiating, implementing and accompanying CRM / customer management programs. Until 2018, Elsten was vice president of the Swiss industry association CallNet.ch and is the author of various publications in the field of CRM and Customer Service Centers as well as a lecturer at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
